What personality type is Hector? Hector is an ESFJ personality type in MBTI, 1w9 - so/sp - 162 in Enneagram, RCOAN in Big 5, ESI in Socionics.
He is THE fe dom. He didn't only care for what people thought of him, he wanted to be a great hero and a symbol. Not just beacause he was charismatic you can say he is a si dom with te aux. His si is surely high, in fact i think he has aux Si. He wanted to honor the name of the family and felt the need of satisfy the expectetion that Priam (his father) had on him; indeed he was one of 44 children, but most of them died because of Ares. He wanted to be a son which Priam could've been proud of. He cared a lot about his people and what they thought of him; an example could be when, during the battle with Achilles, even if at the beginning he was running away (because he knew he had no chance against an angry Achilles - now we could see that he's aware of his potential and of the situation, so he was just being realistic -), after having an illusion of one of his friend (that showed him how he was just being a coward and was putting just shame on his name) he took control again of his body and his emotions. He understood that this was his fate: dying during a fight against Achilles. Now, he is resigned to his fate and fight against Achilles with honor. Maybe at the beginning he wasn't just being a coward, he was trying to survive in ever possible way to see his son growing and to live with his wife; but, once again, that wasn't his fate. I'm not sure about his si auxialiar, but i am very sicure about him being a fe dom.
Biography
Son of Priam, prince of Troy. Married to Andromache, and has a son named Astyanax. Paris's brother, and a genuine hero. It's just such a shame he was fighting on the wrong side.
