What personality type is Simon Nelson "Cookie" Cook? Simon Nelson "Cookie" Cook is an ENTP personality type in MBTI, 5w6 - so/sp - 529 in Enneagram, SLOAI in Big 5, ILE in Socionics.
Cookie has strong Ne and Ti, which is very obvious through the show with his unique way of perceiving and judging the world. I think the dealbreaker here is his Fe and Si. Although I think he has great use of both functions, I believe his Fe is higher. At least we can see him using Fe more actively than Si. He wants to be part of many groups; he aspires to be popular. Due to his wishes of “wanting to be loved/appreciated” he creates his inventions. He constantly analyzes the dynamic of groups and always analyzes people (“how they talk, how can I engage into it?”, “they do that, I can’t do that, but there’s a way to do it differently so they can like me?”). By evaluating the group dynamic (Ti-Fe) he can calculate the best way to create an invention to achieve his purpose. He takes advantage whenever he can from social situations with his plans (Ne-Fe). The deal with Cookie is that his plans are quite a bit too much. Since he perceives multiple information and sees multiple possibilities, when he plans most of the time, he doesn’t put much effort in minimizing these ideas to get a more certain result. That’s why he can be a little bit sloppy on his plan’s application. Even if they are great sometimes (because he doesn’t have a bad Si usage), there are multiple times where he miscalculates a lot (which I believe Ti-Si would be a little more careful before actually doing something, it would be more precise). Not to mention inferior Fe on Cookie is a bit too off. I mean, he constantly wants to engage in groups and to be popular, changing himself to fit in various groups. Usually, he understands how group dynamics works (he always gets others' attention when he tries) and he actually wants to be a part of those groups, to engage with people, he’s great at it. Cookie’s problem is that he can’t narrow his info to be more precise on his ideas and perceptions. He always makes a big deal out of everything and just automatically goes planning his possibilities to engage with others and get what he wants (NeTiFe). Anyways, he is the best.
