I like baki. It's been a while since I've followed the manga and anime, but I figured I'd leave something behind. Baki has always had his personal moral compass (Fi-Dom). He's always been a bit more rebellious. His goal was to surpass his father. After his mother's death, revenge also seemed to play a role. He apparently sees it as his destiny to defeat his father (Fi-Dom). He is a sensitive and compassionate young man. If I can remember, he was respectful and kind to most of his opponents. He has a big heart. I think his relationship with his girlfriend Kozoe is good for him. He found someone who loves him for who he is. That gives him strength. I also liked his dynamic with Hanayama. They looked a bit like brothers (especially in the first anime that was explained a little more. The common fate of their mothers). The brotherly relationship with his half-brother Jack was also very heartwarming. What I remembered very positively about Baki was the bond with the Yasha monkey. Initially an opponent to fight, later this monkey became his friend. The monkey even gave him a tooth. I really empathized with Baki when his insane father killed the animal. That hurt me so much. In the second anime he visited the children of the Yasha monkey with Kozoe. A sign of friendship. Baki is a nice and tough guy.

Baki Hanma (範馬 刃牙, Hanma Baki) is the main character and protagonist of the Baki the Grappler franchise. He is the son of Yujiro Hanma and Emi Akezawa. Baki is also the half-brother of Jack Hanma.
