What personality type is Makima? Makima is an ENFJ personality type in MBTI, 2w1 - so/sx - 215 in Enneagram, SCOEI in Big 5, EIE in Socionics.
[1/4] I am aware walking into this is giving a pretty woke take to this community, however for the sake of the community itself, those who are open minded to new opinions are very appreciated, and just simply disliking out of close mindedness is immature. On that note, with my lovely boyfriend @[itzmelol], I present to you Makima ENFJ SO2; he is covering SO2, whilst I am covering ENFJ. I’d like to make it known that I don’t think that Makima is a Fe user because she is manipulative, however I’d also like to make it known that Fe isn’t just some pushover function either. There's a massive misconception in the community that feelers can not be intellectual; nor think logically, which goes against Jung’s literal words. The extraverted feeler might be able to think very aptly and a great deal, though this logical thought might lead to a disturbance of feeling that must be avoided. This statement can overall be shown through Makima’s relationship with Denji. Due to her own feelings, due to the dissatisfaction of Pochita choosing Denji over her, she despised Denji and only felt jealousy for him. Her main goal was quite literally to outcast the thoughts in order to create a world in which her feelings are whole. Nor could she understand Denji’s view of the world at all as it was at a conflict with her feelings, so she sought to destroy him. Before anyone is coping and is like “b-but that’s unhealthy Te... ;(“ I will counter why this is Fe and not Te. The extraverted thinker strives to develop some formula of the world through some form of law. A creation of an objective rule for people to serve under. Though this might seem like Makima at first glance, it can be easily countered. These goals of a perfect society for people to rule under were produced to her from the government, in which she needed to reach her true goal of becoming one with chainsaw man. Her natural cognition leans much more to a Fe purpose and becoming emotionally whole through someone rather than this concrete rule that Te strives so much to institute. In comparison to Suguru Geto from Jujutsu Kaisen who obviously is very focused on enforcing his laws and the beauty of the world with sorcerers, and that only. To the point of even letting himself wither away emotionally to institute this. There is a clear contrast with Makima, which demonstrates both Jung’s extraverted feeler and extraverted thinker types in psychological types. Digging in more to the feeling vs thinking preference. The thinker creates an objective formula and law just for the sake of it. They see it as the only proficient way of life, and everything around them is deemed through this judgment. How does this mental content apply to the rest of the world, and how can I apply it everywhere? This judgment is concretely and solely derived from concrete evidence that has been analyzed and tested, it is something that is always being re-evaluated and tested as well. Sure, Makima has her ideal world to be. She claims that her main goal is to bring peace to humanity, she insists that she’s on humanity's side time and time again, and even justifies her actions with the idea of all of her actions being for the greater good. This is where she fools not only people around her, but even the audience.
