Hubert MBTI Personality Type

Personality

What personality type is Hubert? Hubert is an INFJ personality type in MBTI, 9w8 - sp/so - 964 in Enneagram, RCUAN in Big 5, SLI in Socionics.

All the boys here are mistyped! Humbert is an IXFJ. His high Fe becomes evident when he and Saïd are captured by the cops and maltreated. First, he denies knowing Vincent (here's your ISTP), either so that Vincent can run away, or because he is hurt that Vincent previously denied them and just ran away. Afterwards, tied to the chair, he is calm and lets the harassment wash over him, but when they touch Saïd, he freaks out: "Leave him alone!" He wants to protect his friend, his brother, even though it's no use. I can well imagine INFJ because Humbert has plans to get away from the banlieue. He watches the others on the street, on the playground, and sees the misery that keeps itself alive. But then there are scenes that perhaps look more like ISFJ (who can have dreams for the future as well). For example, in that art exhibition, where he approaches, in the lamest way ever, two young women to convince them to "discuss" a bit with Saïd, his friend right over there, a "real poet", just look at him! Wouldn't an INFJ see that this can't come out well? But there's still a lot to be said for INFJ, for example where he's obsessively talking at Vince from behind, like a devil, to get to the bottom of the human psyche... or the other cool scene on the roof where he explains life to the boys - not with personal experience but in an abstract, metaphorical way: « C’est l’histoire d’un homme qui tombe d’un immeuble de cinquante étages. »
