if she's gonna be image focused, she would absolutely not be an e2. based on every flashback and moment we see of her, all that we're given is that of an individual who just wants her kids to have a chance at a better future than she did. she also tries to steer those she takes under her wing towards decisions that won't land them in trouble like her arc with Daya. as for her py, i'd say she's a clear 2V. it's hard for Gloria to make decisions that benefits herself alone. she prioritizes others over herself but not to the point of being a pushover and lost in direction. she knows what she wants and she gravitates towards decisions that helps others, her kids, Daya, Aleida and the immigrants in s6, for example. it's very natural for Gloria to take this maternal instinct over others and people are drawn to her because of this. she's pretty confident and comfortable in the physics area for it to be weak. just an example, Daya wanting to abort and coming to Gloria for an herbal mixture of some sort to cause a miscarriage but disrespecting her wish to do so because of her personal belief towards pro life. another example, in s5 or 6, when Luschek starts a zumba class (or whatever tf that was) for the inmates to get exercise, she takes charge and makes changes in movement due to her feeling unsatisfied with the way he lead it. In Gloria's case, 1F manifests itself in inflexibility in what one does to her body and towards the people that are in her social group. emotion and logic are pretty weak in her but she's indifferent to expressing herself emotionally, setting a tone for the atmosphere or taking part in discussions about it like a 4E is. she's instead pretty opinionated and doesn't take a liking to having others questioning her methods of parenting (as an example) like Sophia and Gloria's neighbor, she just prefers forming her own methods towards things.
