ENTJ 1w2 argument for Byakuya Twogami: ENTJ > ENFJ: Byakuya was not really accommodating with enforcing what he saw to be correct and he doesn’t harmonize and adapt to group values like so many of the other Fe doms in DR. Rather than harmonizing the external emotional atmosphere and group feelings (Fe), he accomplishes his promise of protecting the safety of all students by striving to organize systems and take action through leadership and organizing others and his environment through results and order - logical principles, facts, objective measures (Te). He made himself the leader of the group immediately and enforced what he saw to be fit objectively and produce the desired results. How he enforced rules and external order, controlled others to get results, which was security, speaks to Te > Fe. He was rather aggressive with ensuring that everyone follow through his plans to hold a murder-free party that very night, going as far to assert his plan without explaining his reason. Assigning others duties in the party, confiscating materials without objection, and taking extreme safety precautions such as holding a body check on all students demonstrates that Twogami holds the principles of enforcing external reasoning/objective data,logic to the highest priority (Te). One argument - " he wanted to protect everyone and create harmony with no killings, he always puts the whole groups' needs before his needs and ... his kindness was shown even if it was in a little colder way, he was way more empathic" Social harmony and group values could be translated to interpersonal harmony with what Fi values. SO dom, Lawful Good, inferior Fi still has strong values but desires to carry them out through Te's enforcement and standards. This describes Twogami's personality quite well.
