Personality

What personality type is Carrie White? Carrie White is an ISFJ personality type in MBTI, 4w5 - sp/sx - 469 in Enneagram, RLOAI in Big 5, IEI in Socionics.

(Si): Because of her extreme upbringing at the hands of her religious zealot of a mother, Carrie’s views of the world are extremely narrow. She has been taught that it’s a very scary place and she approaches it as such, taking in every bit of information and thoroughly examining it for safety in a hyper-vigilant fashion. New experiences, such as having her period, send her in a state of utter confusion and panic. (Fe): She wants nothing more than to be accepted and fit in with her peers and if possible, find true love. Unfortunately however, she is forced to juggle between bullies at school and her abusive mother at home. She does her best to be diplomatic with her mom yet at the same time trying to get her to see things from her perspective. (Ti): When she figures out she has telekinesis, she immediately tries to learn all there is about it. She approaches it from a scientific perspective, refusing to see it as some sort of demonic curse like her mother would have her believe. In the same fashion, Carrie progressively questions her mother’s beliefs and behaviors, as from a detached and logical perspective (Ne): When Carrie gets asked to the prom, she immediately falls into blind optimism, convinced that her luck has finally done a 180 and that a new path to life has opened up before her, refusing to consider any ulterior motives behind this sudden turn of events. She essentially burns the bridge with her mother, telling her things are gonna change from now on. Once she fully taps into her powers, all hell breaks loose as she finds a number of creative ways to exact her revenge on tormentors.
