What personality type is Mio Akiyama? Mio Akiyama is an ISTJ personality type in MBTI, 6w5 - sp/so - 612 in Enneagram, RLOAI in Big 5, ESI in Socionics.

someone please explain ni dom. mio is not a big picture type, doesn't look for implications/hidden meanings behind anything. she exhibits much more detail-oriented si-dom behavior. i could maybe see a case for fe but she has more te and like.. no ti... mio's the more grounded, rule-enforcing one until azusa comes around (azusa is just a lot more pushy because of her enneagram) let me use her writing fuwa fuwa time's lyrics as an example of her thinking process. yes, she wrote bubbly and girlish lyrics, not expected of an ISTJ (in her defense the other members made her write lyrics and she was forced to think outside the box). but how did she come up with them? 1. she read mugi's text message 2. recalled how mugi acted around sawako earlier 3. wrote lyrics in that point of view. first, mio uses si by comparing her past experiences she stored with her present situation (mio notices mugi uses "doki-doki," thinking it's probably connected to how she acts around sawako). then she does something with that information, in this case writing lyrics, with te and fi. here, she shows te with her use of empirical info, what she observed. and fi by inserting herself into that pov (fi user attempting to empathize > sympathize, unlike a fe user). she used her other three functions before her intuition function to come up with the lyrics. plus the only time her imagination runs wild is when ritsu provokes her anxiety, which is textbook inferior ne. another strong case of si dom-ne inf is when she works at the maid job trying to overcome her stage fright. being thrown into new experiences is terrifying for mio and she's stuck catastrophizing what could go wrong. honestly the INFJ typing is really confusing, and no one's presented arguments (related to cognitive functions). was it just for her to be the opposite of ritsu or what??
