To be quite honest, i don’t think anything about Jin’s Fe is confusing. If you watch a couple of backstage videos and documentaries, you can see that when the guys are giving each other moral support he’s just sitting there. When a member is too emotional you’ll see either RM, Jimin or J-Hope handling it. By handling it I mean in the traditional way, like talking them out and giving supportive words. When Jin does want to help, he’ll either say a few awkward words or he’ll try to lighten the mood with jokes (which many people seem to think indicates high Fe but to me it seems like trying to compensate for his lack of Fe. Because he can’t naturally help the other members like Jimin or J-Hope does.) Just because he’s not the cold stereotype many people associate INTPs with doesn’t mean he has high Fe. Compare him with Namjoon who actually has auxiliary Fe, the differences speak themselves. I think the case here is that he’s emotionally mature, because he’s been with the guys for a long time and they seem to bring out the best in each other.

Kim Seok-jin (Korean: 김석진; born on December 4, 1992), also known by his stage name Jin, is a South Korean singer, songwriter, and member of the South Korean boy band BTS since June 2013. He was scouted for the group while in university and joined Big Hit Entertainment as an actor, eventually transitioning to a Korean idol.
