Richard Feynman MBTI Personality Type

Personality

What personality type is Richard Feynman? Richard Feynman is an ENTP personality type in MBTI, 7w6 - so/sp - 731 in Enneagram, SCUEI in Big 5, ILE in Socionics.

Definitely enneagram 7, not 5. Enneagram is about struggles and motivations, not your role in society or surface-level personality traits. 5s perceive a lack in their own ability and energy, therefore withdraw and don't show themselves, often seeing the outside world as intrusive and demanding, thus withholding themselves from actively engaging with it. Knowledge and being cerebral are only secondary effects of those core struggles, and obviously, Feynman did not adhere to these. On the contrary: he very actively participated in the world and developed a wide range of intellectual pursuits, essentially becoming a household name because of his enthusiasm and widespread curiosity about the world, further dedicating his life to chasing newly emergent possibilities within the realm of science, taking new approaches to every problem, simplifying and reinventing things; his every action being related to spreading out his talents and prospects for the sake of the "new" and unconventional, whether in his field or not. Type 5 is a laughable typing for someone so readily participating and excitable.
