We don’t know nearly enough about her to understand her personality. Most parts of her backstory are told through unconfirmed legends and myths. The only thing we know for sure is that she's incredibly charismatic and has a dangerously well-devoleped skill for manipulating people (particularly narcissistic/corrupt people, confirmed by Dr. Wernicke.) Even Easterman has fallen victim to her charms. Whether this is a supernatural ability or simply part of her personality isn't confirmed yet. Sister Liliya Bogomolova, also referred to as the Beloved of God and the Russian Joan of Arc, is one of the secondary antagonists of the 2023 survival horror video game The Outlast Trials, a prequel to the 2013 video game Outlast.
