She definitely doesn’t care about being “good” or has any of the qualities of a 1 (she’s a con artist, schemer, greedy, and a thief) she seems to be more of an 8 or a 3, she seems to just be focused on getting her money and keeping Fester in line. She’s a guilt tripper and very manipulative. I’d say maybe 3 over 8 (8 seems higher actually in the torture scene and how cruel she is to Fester when he disobeys her). I can see the 1-ness though, so maybe I’m wrong, but nothing about her character or her actions gives me 1.
