I don’t get how anyone could vote him a type that doesn’t have high Ni. He’s able to draw connections easily and foresee so many things. He can hear individual singers and imagine that they would be a successful group together; he can hear singers audition and know that they need a better song; he instinctively knows when people have what he calls the “X factor”. It’s clear that Ni is one of his main functions, and it’s what’s made him so successful. He also has really playful Se, which indicates it’s lower in the stack.
