What personality type is Adele? Adele is an ENTJ personality type in MBTI, 3w4 - so/sx - 386 in Enneagram, SLOAI in Big 5, SEE in Socionics.
[1/2] ¶ Something that I've found is that she doesn't seem to know where she stands as an individual. She's described herself as confident and a big personality on the one hand, but also as insecure and reticent on the other. ¶ Another thing I've noticed is that her focus doesn't really capture the here-and-now that much. ¶ That being said, I think her Fi is unconscious. In an interview when describing her singing talents, she stated how others around her weren't disrupted or annoyed by her singing when she was young: "No one ever told me to shut up." So, she used the standards of others in order to make this life-changing decision. An Fi user would give their sentiments more weight in this situation. ¶ I think if she were an tertiary Te type, she'd have a more eager time dealing with her accomplishments, because types have a childlike and constant fascination with their tertiary function. But with her, Te became overwhelming, probably because her inferior Fi overcompensated. Neuroses only apply to the dominant and inferior functions (according to Jung) because they're at the extremes of consciousness and unconsciousness. • Adele stated, "The more successful I get, the more pressure there is." This could probably be due to the fact that she has a compulsion to not fail. Whereas—all things being equal—an ExFP would care less about that, because of their conscious Fi. Adele Laurie Blue Adkins MBE (born 1988) is an English singer and songwriter. Graduating from the BRIT School for Performing Arts and Technology in 2006, Adele was given a recording contract by XL Recordings after a friend posted her demo on Myspace the same year.
