What personality type is Rokurou Rangetsu? Rokurou Rangetsu is an ESFP personality type in MBTI, 7w8 - sp/so - in Enneagram, in Big 5, in Socionics.
He's definitely not an Ne dom. He enjoys fighting and being in the moment. He even said that he lives for the thrill of battles. I also don't see him as an Fi user. He was willing to kill children in the beginning and is shown to be more careful and logical than Velvet, who uses Fi-Te. He kind of reminds me of Sylvain from Fire Emblem: Three Houses, another ESTP. Edit: Changed vote to ESFP after beating the game. His decisions (Wanting to beat Shigure, for example) seem to be more Fi-based in the way that he's more focused on his emotions rather than logic. In the beginning, he also had problems wanting to accept others' help which is definitely an Fi thing. I also think that he's more of a 7w8 than a core 9w8. He fears not getting the best fighting experiences in life more than loss or separation.
