He's way too result oriented than method oriented to have Si over Se in the stack. Terence Fletcher is the main antagonist of the 2014 psychological drama film Whiplash and the 2013 short film of the same name on which the film was based. He is the maestro of the prestigious Shaffer Conservatory jazz band. Despite his distinguished reputation, Fletcher is actually an abrasive, perfectionist, vulgar, and ruthless instructor who is capable of issuing severe physical and psychological abuse to students for even the most minuscule mistake.
