Personality

What personality type is Terence Fletcher? Terence Fletcher is an ENTJ personality type in MBTI, 1w2 - sx/so - 136 in Enneagram, SLOEI in Big 5, LSE in Socionics.

He's way too result oriented than method oriented to have Si over Se in the stack. He also has a great overlook at the personal growth of his musicians, as well as the band altogether (Ni), and doesn't really follow an internalised understanding of how music is played. His most essential characteristic is that he mostly seeks results without even subscribing to methods that seem to work, which is peak Si blindspot. But regardless of not having knowledge of practical method, he still has a great understanding of the result he seeks, and has his own strategies of achieving it (Ni-Se) instead of relying on the conventional method. And his method involves a great deal of using the most raw of tactics for a result. I see this as a great example of an ENTJ using Se to make up for the lack of Si, he formulates his own method to reach the desired results.
