I'm a huge Halloween fan and I sure have a clear view of Loomis after analyzing it several times. Firstly, Loomis always puts other people's needs above his own, has always expressed this. Second, he is a mature and well-developed man with his function's, anyone who has studied knows that when a type develops his function's and becomes mature and healthy he can lead each of them. Loomis, in the factor of leading and saying what he wants, is simply making good use of his Tertiary TI, and throughout the film he conciliates a rift between Ni-Fe talked to the officer subjectively at all times (NI) and put Laurie's and the town's needs above his at all times (FE) I really don't see TE or FI in Loomis, it's so clear!
