You may think he can't have Fe because his therapy was just copying his mom. But his advices were not only sex-related. Let me give a few examples. Remember the scene in S1 finale where a guy climbed to the moon figure and was planning to jump, however the meaningful words said by Otis was what changed his mind. That scene wasn't about the sex clinic at all but Otis was still able to be understanding and empathetic towards him and his encouraging words changed that guy's life. Also that scene where two lovers were having relationship problems and Otis helped them to solve it. He can give sex advice easily through his mom but giving emotional support isn't something you can copy at all. Otis definitely has the ability for that. How can this be inferior Fe?
