Maeve Wiley MBTI Personality Type

Personality

What personality type is Maeve Wiley? Maeve Wiley is an ISTP personality type in MBTI, 8w9 - sx/sp - 684 in Enneagram, RCUEI in Big 5, LSI in Socionics.

No no no INTJ voters, take your bias and go elsewhere, Maeve's Se is much much stronger than her Ni, she's very impulsive and frequently takes actions without much consideration, only to regret it later. She's also very grounded and practical, as shown by her essay about the future where she says she doesn't have any big plans but just how she wants her house to be, and how she doesn't want to be alone. Her good use of Ni is to an extent a way to cope with her chaotic life, but as developed as it may be it is in no way her dominant function. Ti is very apparent in her quick thinking, and also part of why she isn't a natural "team player" and doesn't fit in. In addition to that, she seems to appreciate small things in life and not want big things for herself (as shown in her essay), which is not Te at all. She also shows some Fe when around her friends (especially Aimee). While I understand why someone would think it's tert Fi, it's really not any internal values, but rather a wish to keep those she appreciates in her life loved and protected. Her Fe also somewhat shows in how she says she's scared of the potential feeling of loneliness in her future. Also, the fact that she's very smart doesn't make her an INTx, or an intuitive in general, so arguments of the "she's too smart" kind are very much invalid.
