It looks like that Seri and Mob are two sides of the same coin at first, but they're somehow different. Seri wants to fit in and be a part of society, hence he's uncomfortable and insecure with his powers. Mob on the other hand, is pretty accepting with himself, his powers and his individuality (in later chapters/episodes). Serizawa is an Introverted Sensor (Si), and an Extroverted Feeler (Fe). His introverted sensing (Si) makes him attached to his past being shut off from the whole world for a long time, and how he swore loyalty to Suzuki when he got approached by him (and eventually using him for his plans). He also uses this function when he got hired by Reigen, as a compensation for the damage Claw has done. His Extroverted Feeling (Fe) makes him become aware about the people around him and their well being. He is caring to a fault, to the point where he had to lock himself from everyone around him so he won't hurt them. Not to mention his hesitation to attack Mob when he got confronted by him. Definitely an ISFJ, yes, he seems an INFP, but him being an ISFJ seems more like it.
