SPOILER ALERT Well I don't see how you're typing her as a Fe dom. Fe is not about manipulating people for your OWN desires. I mean yes she emotionally manipulated the whole class to think she's a victim but if you think about it this was the best way to achieve her goal which is destroying geongmin. That's Te imo plus the way she concludes people's reactions adds to her Te. like the way she knew geongmin posts about her bullying and plans to reveal that to the whole class or the way she knew her redheaded friend would try to turn her friends agaisnt her... Te in my opinion is trying to know what people are thinking and use it for your own advantage. she knew people would be mad at geongmin if she faked being bullied by her and she used that. And about her parent function. I think that she uses Si as she tries to find out why geongmin left her and just couldn't let it go without knowing what exactly happened even when she entered middle school and things was getting well for her she tried to call geongmin and even planned to go to the same school as geongmin just because the thoughts of leaving her without explanation keeps getting to her. I think Si is about questioning what led to the present and that's what she does and I would type her a Ne tert because she doesn't bully geongmin for the absolute goal of bulling her like an unhealthy Ni user she does that to satisfy her unhealthy Si and she even tried to be friends with her again afterwards which makes me conclude that she is not bullying her for the sake of bullying.
