What personality type is Chives? Chives is an ISTJ personality type in MBTI, 6w5 - - in Enneagram, in Big 5, in Socionics.
After watching the recent episodes, I changed my vote and realized he's actually an ISTJ. We rarely get to see him and when we do see him, he's being mistreated by Goodman which doesn't mean he has Fe. He's just a very submissive ISTJ who has given up on life. I feel like most of the time, he acts nicer than he actually is. And only cause he's forced to act submissive and not talk back to Goodman for his job cause he gets punished a lot when he talks back or does anything Goodman doesn't like. I feel like he does what Goodman says not because he's caring only because Goodman is insane and threatens to actually spank him if he does anything wrong. So, he's just broken down I: Chive is a pretty reserved guy, not that talkative. Mostly keeps to himself type of guy and just accepts to do his job. Very quiet and obident. S: Pretty much into details. Doesn't accept that much crazy stuff and just enjoys his corner of the world T: Now, here's how people get confused. Just because, Chives is treated like a "butt of the joke" type character doesn't mean he's an ISFJ. He thinks very logically through every decision. Is not afraid to call out stupidity. He's kind of like Lawrence from Princess and the Frog who is also an ISTJ. Can be very cutthroat if given the chance and would abandon and betray Goodman in a heartbeat if given the chance. Only acts polite cause of his job. Can be pretty moody and sarcastic. J: Very organized. Does whatever Goodman says, and mostly does his job.
