are the people voting ISFJ okay? because this man has literally never utilized Fe, or Ti in his life. there was this whole episode in which he got mad at cam for caring about people too much. he doesn’t seek external validation from them. Fe is very easy to spot in people, and there is zero usage of fe in him. mitchell doesn’t care about hurting other people’s feelings, and endeavors to be objective, and honest. when asked for an opinion, he doesn’t sugar coat a problem unlike cam, gloria etc. cam’s fe and mitchell’s te is what constantly clashes. they’re made to juxtapose each other. his fi is obvious with his morals about him being queer, and how he constantly calls his dad out when he says something that doesn’t sit right with him. when cam doesn’t do this at all with his family, even though they both equally have the same interest in lgbtq rights. that is the difference between fi and fe. just look at that episode where cam fell in the pool, both claire, and mitchell laughed instead of sympathizing with him. that is in no way Fe. that’s sheer Te. te is fond of objectivity and organizes its environment via that objectivity. mitchell evidently is a control freak, and hates it when he’s not in charge of something. he’s domineering. this would be extremely aberrant for an xSFJ. he hates sharing things with other people. just look at that episode where mitch stated that he despised that cam changed his entire personality for someone. fe users alter their behavior to fit into their surroundings, how can you say mitchell is an Fe user when he himself stated that he hates the act of altering your behavior because of other people? this is clearly Fi and Si. also, remember that episode where mitch took a break from his job because he was too blunt, and too abrasive to his coworkers, and came to work in his dad’s company for a while? you really think an ISFJ user would have to face that kind of problem? he then decided to feign being nice as an experiment, but he was miserable doing that. he said that it was the worst week of his life. that’s his Fi individuality. this inevitably lead to him informing all of those workers in his dad’s company about their flaws in the end in such an abrasive manner, and he was exhilarated after this. it was pretty self-evident that he was an ISTJ in every episode.
