I'm seeing a lot of people voting ESTJ. I haven't read these books since I was in 6th grade, but from what I remember, Mackenzie would always resort to manipulation through emotional appeal to get people on her side rather than actual talking points even if it included just straight up lying. Her 'mean' attitude is rooted in Si-Ne where she believes that the other students at Westchester are inferior to her by default and therefore treating them terribly can be justified. A common trait in Fe Dom abusers/bullies is trying to direct hatred and negativity to one specific target (In this case Nikki who she constantly antagonizes and tries to humiliate) to create a social harmony/unanimous agreement on what is bad and what is good (in this case Mackenzie=good Nikki=Bad) Her schemes also reek of Ne-Ti (Stealing Nikki's clothes and lying about witnessing her house being vandalized.)

She’s the glamorous queen bee of the CCPs (Cool, Cute & Popular) and lives for fashion, lip gloss, selfies, and making people miserable—especially dorks like Nikki Maxwell.
