What personality type is Nageki Fujishiro? Nageki Fujishiro is an INFJ personality type in MBTI, 5w4 - - 594 in Enneagram, RCOEI in Big 5, IEI in Socionics.
SPOILERS FOR NAGEKI'S ROUTE: I've been replaying Nageki's route over and over again and I can confirm that he's an INFJ but he's definitely stuck in a Ni-Ti loop which may explain the ISTP voters as the Fe is neglected really badly. The reason for this is because of how no one ever cared to talk or notice him and so he numbed himself and never talked to anyone even though he is shown to have wanted people to notice him and wanted to actually go outside. His Ni is very strong in his route though - it's basically the core function that actually makes him realize that he's dead and has been in a time loop (the fact that he sees patterns in people's behavior, the fact he can't leave the room etc.) and then reaches the conclusion that he's burned himself and has been cursed to stay in the library (until of course Tosaka meets him and restores his Fe function hooray!) Also the amount of times the game EXPLICITLY says how his eyes seem to be tearing into your soul (and observing your every action while his neglected Fe function keeps it to himself) is already enough to prove his Ni is most likely Dom. Yes his Fe function slowly starts to develop again through the route. As said it was very much shown that he did want to be with people but for obvious reasons he couldn't. He even states how once Tosaka finally began to talk with him he started to understand the situation better. In the last scene, it also fully shows how his Fe has developed and he deeply cares about Tosaka's feelings towards him and reassures her not to cry as he wasn't ever there in the first place. TL:DR Nageki's stuck in a Ni-Ti loop because of his isolation from the world, Tosaka aka. MC helps Nageki's Fe function grow back. PS: I don't understand where the Se talk is coming from, he doesn't talk or act on his intentions and from my POV he definitely expresses more with words (he even states himself in Holiday Star that he wishes he could express his feelings with more than just words) - after all he's basically just reading and sitting in the corner most of the time. Even Tosaka comments on how he is actually sitting next to her instead of her having to go near him.
