If you take a look at his relationship/rivalry with Kitaoka you can see how both of them are 7 core but Kitaoka is ne dom and Asakura se dom. Well... I can see why you can see him as a fe inf if you compare him to Kitaoka whose fe tert is pretty obvious and present, but I think it's just due to Asakura being a psychopath (and not all psychopaths are fe infs)
