In my opinion this guy's a Neutral Evil, even bordering on Chaotic Evil. His willingness to sacrifice other's lives for his film and ultimate dream of fame and fortune mark him as an Evil over a Neutral. I think he starts the movie off a Chaotic Neutral but once he's on the island he morphs into a Neutral Evil, and while his methods are quite Chaotic and spontaneous, ultimately he's in it for himself and his ambitions, and is not out to spread chaos and strife for its own sake.
