What personality type is Gawr Gura? Gawr Gura is an INTP personality type in MBTI, 6w7 - sp/so - 694 in Enneagram, RCUAN in Big 5, SEI in Socionics.
I have come back to Gura's page after months-worth of learning more of cognitive functions and can easily determine she is a Ti-dom and not an Fi-dom like myself. Also am seeing a depressing lack of stereotyping votes or things that focus on specific behaviors rather than cognitive tendencies. The thinking that begins and ends with the subject in relation to its introverted cognitive nature shows itself subtly and constantly. Don't really know how else to word this, but I'm paralleling Jung's description of introverted thinking. Her thinking presents her own idea of the facts that have arrived to her--I do not believe I need to present examples of this, but encourage you to picture your own examples, as it is quite readily available. Extroverted intuition: Common consensus appears to already agree of her high usage of this function. If you want to think of it as this non-linear thinking that connects new concepts and branches outward, you can see how it manifests within her cognitive processes. Things that she does that seem "random" are another indicator that you have just witnessed her cognitive processes using it, which were then outwardly expressed. In terms of introverted feeling, I have spent a lot of time learning of this function after having discovered my own self to be dominant in this function. Gura simply does not primarily navigate the world with this... I do not know what else to tell you other than to please research it from Jung's (or other well-respected individuals') typology publishings to enrich your knowledge. Enneagram: I agree with the consensus of self-preservation dominant 6w7 (sp/so). Enneagram 6 is a notably difficult one to detect within content creators especially, but there is enough evidence to detect over time that this is the case with Gura. Her underlying motivation for security is rather subtle, but it is present. Also I should note that while 5 is statistically the most common type for INTPs, this does not conclude her to be a 5--in fact, evidence points away from this, both in core and wing for her. I also note that her fears consistently appear to be more externalized, rather than more internalized (more characteristic of 5). Her very behavior shows this constantly. Gura generally has a more stereotypically "friendly" onset of behavior, which leads one to give her a 7 wing. In addition, the self-preservation 6 type seems particularly applicable to her for a few reasons. She has always seemed to display a higher level of awareness of bodily/environmental needs (even if not outwardly expressed) than individuals with an sp blindspot. As for the particular sp6 subtype, here's a big example of why I've picked it (from the Riso-Hudson "Discovering the Enneagram"): Self-Pres Sixes can be funny and friendly and want to be involved and engaged, but they have difficulty relaxing, especially around unfamiliar others." Gura exhibits that behavior perfectly. Check old streams if you want to see. It can be subtle at times, but she's doing that. Sp6 is notably introverted compared to other sixes, too.... checks out as well. As far as secondary social instinct goes, that's been easier for me to tell via sx blindspot. Gura is not especially strong in "merging" with others in a sense, sensing their energy and all. There's much deeper and richer wording I could use here, but I'm giving a brief overview due to word limit. I'm basing my opinion from Riso-Hudson publications once again right here. The more intimate-energy connections have manifested themselves as being more difficult for herself through longer-term occurrences (though I can tell she's working on it!!). Tritype: I've talked to some people who simply disagree with tritype theory in and of itself, but have decided to participate in this section anyways-- head type (567) 6 based on what I presented earlier. Body type (891) 9 through cognitive behavior more likely to lean towards maintaining internal/external balance. Heart type (234) 4 indeed appears to be her weakest in the tritype, and is very hard to detect to the non-observant eye. 4 appears to be manifested through some of her more "deep" behaviors that aren't super outwardly expressed... my placement of 4 is of lower confidence than the other aspects of her typology, at least for me.
