Arsene Wenger MBTI Personality Type

Personality

What personality type is Arsene Wenger? Arsene Wenger is an INTJ personality type in MBTI, 1w9 - sp/so - 145 in Enneagram, RCOEI in Big 5, LIE in Socionics.

Core 1 with a strong 4 fix for sure. Wenger had this deep seated need of his teams playing perfect, beautiful football as much as having the results so 4 fix makes more sense than 3 fix. He also transformed the entirety of English Football and always resisted tradition, often making signings outside of the norm and improving players to be more technical. "1-4: Ones with a hidden side of idealism and aestheticism. They want not only perfection but require a stamp of their uniqueness on all that they produce. Sensitive, dramatic Ones who see beauty in suffering. Glamorizing the struggle of doing things the right way, and singling themselves out for it. Express their critique of systems and people through artsy means." This description mostly makes sense for Wenger and whilst dramatic would be an inaccurate word to depict him, I always felt the quality of football mattered the most under his entire managerial career. He was often very critical as well of corruption e.g Monaco-Marseille situation and also his rivalry with Mourinho and Ferguson being another good example of him clashing with other managers. If you look at his career he was singled out for doing things his way, it's one of the most distinguishing characteristics of his career. He's probably one of the only managers who called out corruption in football at his own will as other managers shy away from that which often lead to criticism. I did consider 1w2 but like Vieira he has this really calm 9 wing aura about him. Gamma NT = Socionics type and LIE>ILI . He's too charismatic to be an ILI and often supervised IEI footballers, which resulted in them being more efficient players overall. He would also spot the trends in football years before it happened and prioritised a longer term singular vision at Arsenal which is a strong sign of Ni valuing.
