The thing with Constance is that she's manipulative and projects herself on other people but in her mind she's always doing good for these people. She sees herself as a protector of her family, of that baby, which makes her a protector of the house. Constance tries to form a trusting bond with Vivien since the beginning, which uncomforts Vivien at first but throughout the season she starts accepting it. For Vivien she's a friend who helped her when she was pregnant and was her only visitor in the psych ward. Which is the image Constance wanted her to have, even tho her desire to have a role on the baby's life was a selfish way to redeem how terrible of a mother she was. Constance would project her fears on other people too, she hates people having pity on her and Addie which results in a rocky relationship. She failed as an actress and projects that on her boyfriend. She wanted to have a perfect family so she projected that on Tate who was in her words, perfect. But she only shows this side to people on one-in-one conversations. We can see how she starts acting nice with Ben, on the phone when he complains about Tate, and is more and more cutthroat with him by the end. We can see how nicely she acts on the saloon. We can see how she tries to convince the persian guy to not destroy the house trying to get him feel pity or "respect the history" of the property. There's no way she's a Te type. On Apocalypse we see she didn't change much and still was a shi*ty mother figure, but when she died she decided to do it with "her people", so she's kinda delusional because no one in that house liked her but overall she showed how unhealthy her Fe is.
