386? why? where do yall see 8 or 6, Derek is a pretty clear 317 tritype to me. everyone already seems to agree on the 3, but the 1 + 7 combo gives him a more relaxed yet still perfectionistic demeanor. 386 is too reactive and aggressive for Derek, and it'd be too similar to Addison in my opinion. I can sorta see an 8 fix argument, but 1 works better considering his idealistic nature. The 7 fix would even out the more serious nature of the 1, so he's more easygoing compared to Burke or Bailey. I don't see a 6 fix, 7 fits much better in my opinion, especially when combined with 1. A 387 would be far too aggressive for Derek. double aggressive (3-7), double competent (3-1) and double idealistic (1-7) is a better match for Derek than 386. also his catchphrases "it's a beautiful night to save lives" and "let's have some fun today" while about to operate are really 317 to me lmao. as for mbti, I don't see the INFJ argument. Fe >>> Ni and I don't think Se is his inferior
