Æthelstan MBTI Personality Type

Personality

What personality type is Æthelstan? Æthelstan is an INFJ personality type in MBTI, 5w4 - sp/sx - 594 in Enneagram, RCUAI in Big 5, in Socionics.

INTP? I think even ENTP is more likely, but I actually think he’s an hardened INFJ. Dominant perceiving function. His Ni is strong. ————- For a kid, he definitely seems too observant and sharp about people to be Fe inferior. S inferior seems more likely. The last scene with confronting aethelhelm sealed it for me. “Stinking turd in his hole, unable to face the carnage he has unleashed”. “I said you would live if you spoke true, and you did. Now, face the agony you’ve caused”. Very focused on the emotional atmosphere, characterizing people based from their own perspective. That’s very INFJ. Conjecture about what’s going on in the enemies mind. He even tried to stop aethelhelm from suiciding. He has this weird hot/cold approach that is more like struggle between Fe aux and Ti tert lol. Ti knows this **** turd deserves the worst, but Fe natural instincts wants to protect others. He’s angry and disgusted but also see the torment and evaluates how much they are suffering. He was impatient, but switched to gentle, in an instant, to his half-brother during the reveal of the secret. Wanted ethelhelm to straight up say it, but when it came for him to say it himself, he also realize how hard it would be for his half-brother to hear, had to buffer it. That’s Fe/Ti clashing. Even as a child, he sacrificed himself in season 4…. Strong Fe. ————— There were also 2 other scenes I remember, where he formed conjectures immediately (Ni dom). The first was when Edward had his guards kill mercia’s ealdorman. Athelstan knew something was wrong, men don’t sneak around with fire in the night. His first guess were that they were here to kill the unguarded king, which was reasonable. The second is on the battlefield in s05 finale, he was the first to realize the Scots were trying to push them off the cliff. What makes him an INFJ is that he’s always very focused on figuring out what’s REALLY going on behind the scenes in a people-focused way, kind of like Armin from aot. He’s good at reading motives of both people and groups. He’s kinda cynical and distrusting because of this ability + having been casted away by Edward. I don’t see him as INTP because I cannot imagine him with Fe inferior. Si/Se inferior makes way more sense. Se inf makes more sense than Si inf though. So INFJ.
