It's a tough call to make, he is clearly ExTJ. Te: He relies on taking action through order and organization. He'll make examples of those who do not obey him and is willing to endanger his fellow Dauntless just to make a point. He is strategic and careful but also arrogant and extremely ruthless. Fi: He is more in tune with his feelings than anyone will ever know. It's implied in the film he initially disliked having all the blood on his hands and as such he learned how to protect himself from feelings of guilt or indecisiveness. N or S? Looking at his behavior, he is indeed very smart and is quite intelligent, but he can get impulsive when disrespected and will retaliate. He is not by the book as he's willing to change the rules as he sees fit therefore not an Si. He is also aware that even if Four kills him, someone else will go after Tris. Therefore he is actually more perceptive of the big-picture but gets carried away with action making him an ENTJ.
