A few things about Phlegmatic-Choleric temperament blend that really sound like Krieger. The Phlegmatic-Choleric naturally concentrates (like an inspector) on one thing at a time with unbending determination." Biography
"Doctor" Algernop Krieger is the gadget master for ISIS and all-around mad scientist. According to Malory, he is the son of a Nazi veteran who hid in Brazil after World War II. Not actually a genetic clone of Adolf Hitler despite early jokes to that effect.
