“The Stranger” MBTI Personality Type

Personality

What personality type is “The Stranger”? “The Stranger” is an INFJ personality type in MBTI, 1w9 - sp/so - 125 in Enneagram, RCOAI in Big 5, SEI in Socionics.

To those who don’t think he is portraying Gandalf, it is not like he accidentally ended up with the harfoots just as the LotR Gandalf had a special relation to the hobbits. The series spells out he is Gandalf when he states at the end, “When in doubt, Elanor Brandyfoot, always follow your nose" just as Gandalf in The Fellowship of the Ring in the Mines of Moria said "If in doubt, Meriadoc, always follow your nose". As for LotR Gandalf I had to change from INTJ to INFJ when I re-watched the trilogy after 15 or so years (it is 22 years since I read the books). He shows quite much of Fe here as well with the harfoots in how he acts benevolently with them in helping them in several ways, pushing their cart on the travels and even recreating life to their damaged food supply, and protecting them from the strangers who were to harm them. Even earlier in his more confused state he thought he was a danger to the harfoots and wanted to leave them for that reason. He is a Fe user, not Fi. My additional comment: if you can’t figure out that he is Gandalf, then what are the odds of you being able to correctly type him in his mostly confused Season 1 state? Edit: These are my 2 typology comments regarding Gandalf from LotR and why I ended up changing my vote from typing him initially INTJ, and changing to INFJ. https://www.personality-database.com/comment/4875394?profileID=574 https://www.personality-database.com/comment/5769312?profileID=574
