What personality type is Correct Their Teachers? Correct Their Teachers is an ENTP personality type in MBTI, 8w7 - so/sp - 837 in Enneagram, SCUEI in Big 5, ILE in Socionics.

This is something I'm guilty of. Usually, correcting teachers comes from a place of being concerned about the truth, and you will speak your mind irrespective of what authorities think. The truth, in my opinion, is more important than what authorities may say, and sometimes, these people grow up to become journalists that hold higher authorities accountable. Even still, teachers who teach the wrong information are doing harm, and that's why correcting teachers is usually an act of favoring truth over authority. A prime example of Chaotic Good 5w6 behavior. This would be an ENTP, more outspoken than INTPs. These people are natural born debaters, never afraid to challenge the status quo. These would have a strong 8 fix, which is why they're so outspoken. As such, we see someone who's concerned about the truth, is not afraid to speak their in the face of potential trouble or embarrassment, and is likely willing to debate and argue. They're concerned about truth and dislike misinformation in general, whether it's spread by the news media, a truth raiding Wikipedia, or from a teacher.
