What personality type is John the Apostle? John the Apostle is an INFP personality type in MBTI, 4w5 - so/sp - 497 in Enneagram, RLOAI in Big 5, IEI in Socionics.
Ugh. This guy. I’m obsessed with this guy. John’s probably one of the most unique characters I’ve ever seen. I primarily decided to write this to argue that his enneagram is 4w3 (or maybe even 3w4). Let’s just say that for an INFP, John’s Te is very powerful. The second things go south dude’s ready to throw hands at anyone (in the beginning at least)…Idk about in the Bible but in the show, john always initiates the “I’m the best” thing. He always has to create some competition, (his whole thing with Simon in the end of season 3; “so why do you think he likes me best?” in the beg. of season 2; etc..) Even at HIS BROTHER’s FUNERAL, he was in a Te grip and decided to take the opportunity to gather info from the disciples for his gospel. Mary told him “isn’t Matthew writing one?” His response was “yes but I’ve seen things Matthew doesn’t know about, I was in his INNER CIRCLE. He loved ME” to which Mary responded “bruh He loved all of you. You just feel like you need to say it more often for some reason.” Now she didn’t say bruh, I added that cause she would’ve if it were the 21rst century. To sum up, John always feels the NEED to be different and unique, and furthermore, successful and standing out to Jesus and the ministry as a whole. even if Jesus proceeds to teach him otherwise.
