tl;dr clear Fe user from the newest episode; maybe ISTP but i’ll have to see more. edit: yeah he’s an ISTP see my newer comment. HUNTER: When they’re caught you and I can take the titan blood for ourselves. AMITY: Stop talking like we’re a team. HUNTER: We might as well be. The Owl Lady and her pet have nothing at stake unlike us. AMITY: You have no idea what you’re talking- *checks texts* HUNTER: Whoof. That doesn’t look good. AMITY: Stay BACK! ...But what doesn’t look good? HUNTER: Seems clear to me, “Come back with results or else...” You can figure out the rest. AMITY: No.. Luz wouldn’t make that kind of threat. I’m an awesome girlfriend. HUNTER: Has she told you that? We have a lot in common, Blight. We’re both trying to show what we can bring to the table. And we can’t fail. Because there’s nothing worse than disappointing someone who thinks you’re special. AMITY: *bites lip* see the way he extends his problems in a way Amity can relate to? this is exactly how Fe/Ti axis sees things as more similar than they really are, through sort of a noetic idea that can group many things at once within it like a sort of taxonomic hierarchy. the same moral lessons are seen through different perspectives with Te/Fi and Fe/Ti: Te/Fi: “we all have different things we like and dislike” Fe/Ti: “we all have our interests and dislikes” and this broader classification is what makes Fe/Ti able to relate themselves to others regardless of differences, since the property they’re comparing is the idea of the feelings themselves rather than the specifics. one person can like pepperoni and hate pineapple on pizza, another person can love pineapple and hate pepperoni on pizza, but what makes them similar is that they both have likes and dislikes. this is a thought process i see strongly in hunter. so clear Fe user, i’m just not sure where it would fit or what his perceiving axis is yet. i just can’t really see Ne dom. when he intuits it always seems like theres a certainty in his convictions and he doesnt concern himself with multiple trajectories and hypotheticals all that much. i’m actually thinking ISTP because of this (and since enneagram 3 has a sort of loss of personal identity in favor of impressing others it would certainly make for an interesting and complex dynamic with ISTP, which could explain why it’s so hard for me to clearly pick up on what his type is) but i’d like to see more. would possibly look like a really hard pull towards inf Fe (and as we know inferior functions can be really sensitive). and AGAIN Fe =/= being nice—it’s just an external judgement function (like Te) that runs with an additional layer of information through the “social economy“, an awareness of social contracts and emotional or sentimental information being carried and implied through certain words or actions. sp/so 3 description also adeptly describes him: “This subtype is the most reserved and introverted of the subtypes of enneatype Three, and possibly the hardest worker. They generally put a great deal of effort into their work, excelling at whatever they choose to do. They usually do what it takes to rise to the top. There is a strong desire to excel, although the areas chosen may differ widely from one Three to the next. These Threes are competitive in a quiet way. On the high side, they can be very generous with what they have learned and acquired. The driving motivation for their hard work comes down to their fear of not being good enough. Self-pres Threes seem to feel that if they get that promotion, have enough money or buy a big enough house they will then be lovable, admired by others and finally stop feeling like a failure. The false belief that they are what they accomplish is the driving force behind the behavior of self-pres/soc Threes. When healthier, this subtype comes to the realization that all of their hard work won’t change what they fundamentally feel inside. They learn to prioritize other aspects of their lives. They slow down and begin to accept themselves as they are.”
