What personality type is Yanfei? Yanfei is an ESTJ personality type in MBTI, 1w9 - so/sp - 135 in Enneagram, SCOAI in Big 5, LIE in Socionics.
I strongly believe Yanfei is ESTJ and uses a very good amount of Te and Si! To start with Si, her memory is extremely good and she makes guesses based off what she learned. For example, the rock being fake, she remembered that her granny told her where they’re from and deducted Krosl was lying. When Paimon proposes to go see Krosl immediately to confront him about the issue, Yanfei disagrees and relays on what her past experiences taught her to guess how it will turn out if they don’t have proofs. Not to mention how fast she remembers who they should ask help to, claiming she remembers them because theyre clients, and also how she memorized the entire law... As for Te, she uses external evidence to prove something, she doesn’t try to make it clear for herself but instead thinks "if this is correct and this is also correct then all of this is true", literally the whole quest was just her trying to prove Krosl was lying by gathering facts. She relays on the law as it is logic and reasoning. She also herself says she solved their problem in the most efficient way, which is Te. Also in one of her voiceline, she talks about how Divorce cases are hard for her to deal with because she can’t use logic and reason, she struggles relating to others a bit which could be inf Fi and would prefer if she didn’t have to round the edges for them. She values logic more than feelings. She’s just a healthy ESTJ :D

Yanfei (Chinese: 烟绯 Yānfēi, "Smoky Scarlet") is a playable Pyro character in Genshin Impact. She is the child of an adepti father and human mother, who left on a journey to lands unknown. She resides in Liyue, serving as a lawyer for its people.
