What personality type is Entrepreneur? Entrepreneur is an ENTJ personality type in MBTI, 3w4 - sp/so - 738 in Enneagram, SCOEI in Big 5, LIE in Socionics.
I would say that the EXTX (with the exception of ESTJ who prefer very established organizations) are equally likely to be entrepreneurs. The thing is, the focus and the approach will be different. ENTJs such as myself, and ENTPs, will be focused on visionary innovation. The ENTP might invent a whole new market, the ENTJ will dominate the existing market. I’m ENTJ and I am an entrepreneur, I would say an ENTJ with both good Ni and Se can rival ENTPs. I have good usage of my first three functions, which help me to balance that sense of discipline and adaptability / risk taking that is needed. Healthy ENTJs can be good entrepreneurs, just as good as the EXTPs.
