She's kinda hard to tolerate for me but I really appreciate the fact that she's realistic, there are so many people around that have those kind of characteristics and flaws and usually reality isn't very much considered as important in anime, but she is real so despite disliking her I still appreciate the way she was written. Plus I haven't seen all that often the "insecure and nice boy x kinda toxic girl" combo (if not perhaps 2/3 times) so it still is more interesting than the classic "cool guy x cutiepie girl" kind of shows.
