We don't spend much time in her head often as readers. But I think it is clear Se-Ni is in her stack. Kyoukai coming up with good/unconventional strategies seems more like an Indicator of dominant Ti. She is very logical in her decisions, but she does not rely on Ne-Si to support her decisions. She is not constantly learning or applying multiple ideas to help the hi shi unit. She mostly reacts to situations quickly and practically ( Se ) relying on her skills from her tribe which is very Se-based.
