Panini is literally Amy Rose, we are clear that Panini is a Fe dom, but she does not use Si, since Si users learn through past experiences, Chowder has rejected Panini's love many times and she does not want to understand, a Si user would say something like "If he rejects me it's because he doesn't love me, so I won't bother him again because he already rejected me" (learn from the past through words spoken by Chowder).
