She doesn't use anything from Si. Panini is literally Amy Rose, we are clear that Panini is a Fe dom, but she does not use Si, since Si users learn through past experiences, Chowder has rejected Panini's love many times and she does not want to understand, a Si user would say something like "If he rejects me it's because he doesn't love me, so I won't bother him again because he already rejected me" (learn from the past through words spoken by Chowder). While a Se user would say "He has denied me love many times, but there will always be a possibility in which he doesn't so I will keep trying" (Ni-Se creates open future possibilities where they can repeat certain experiences with the intention of knowing if these will change by believing that the world is not always the same).
