Spoilers Ahead! Even when Dina is making stupid or arguably selfish decisions, she does so from the standpoint of putting others above herself, or the group above one person. Her rationale for not telling Ellie she was pregnant? "I didn't want to be a burden." When Ellie wanted to go to California? "Think of your family." In the latter example, she was of course looking after her own needs, but she had to see her needs as tied to their baby's in order to feel justified. I also think she uses a lot of Si, the most prominent example being when she and Ellie visit the Synagogue and she contextualizes the zombie apocalypse as another chapter of Jewish history/another struggle her people have had to endure. I was reading funkmbtiinfiction's blog and she said that seeing what is unfolding as part of the cyclical nature of history, knowing what will last, being keenly aware of the passage of time, and applying the past to contextualize the present are all super Si behaviors. I just really don't see her as an Se-Fi user, she isn't intense or impulsive and isn't particularly interested in exploring her physical environment other than how it relates to her past. She does have a clear adventurous streak, but she wants comfort, love, and stability above all else. This is also why I think she's a 6 with a 7 wing instead of a core 7. She has no problem whatsoever committing to her relationship with Ellie at the beginning of the game, and settling down with her near the end. She only leaves because Ellie (an actual 7) wants to continue her revenge quest and risk her life, which completely undermines all of Dina's stability and sense of support.
