This one is hard. I can see a clear Ne in his mannerisms, the way he handles contingencies and the way he talks himself out of awkward situations using very jumpy reasoning. But for Ne to be dom, it has to be more than that, it has to be the driving force of everything, with the constant curiosity to explore and try out different things in every given scenario. He doesn't really do that, instead he has very Fi motives, dedicating his life on that one thing just to help his dad, joining Justice League because he needs companionship, and hoping his dad knows he was one of the best heroes to save the world. He also likes to do things in secrecy, like a ghost, and when he works in a team he generally stands at the back and waits for instructions. He keeps asking for a plan, but when nobody says anything he's like alright then we'll just improvise for now, lol. Seems all that is inferior Te rather than inferior Si? I would assume ENFPs to be more active in proposing ideas, given their Ne-Te, while INFPs are better at toggling between improvisation and following a plan depending on what the team wants due to Ne-Si being more balanced. Another thing (albeit not very theoretical) is that INFPs are often self-condescending and lack confidence. Barry keeps fanboying over the other heroes, completely overlooking the fact that he's just as capable as them.
