So Ni is really obvious, it's there in almost all his music. Looking for Ni, you need to see whether the person relates everything back to personal conceptual images of the world - keeping it all in their single channel of perception. Kendrick does, everything for him is a permutation of his own conception of social dynamics, race, etc. and it's all informed by the personal perspective - this beggar in South Africa is the same crack addict asking me for money at home in LA. This is important because Ne does basically the same thing but the connnections aren't personal, they occur outside the self. In a way this means Ne is less prejudiced - the beggar IS the same as the beggar in my hometown, but both are just examples of a real external category which doesn't originate in my personal experience. This focus of Ni on the personal experience can sound dangerously close to Si (and both functions do have more in common than not), but with Ni the detail/factuality of the experience is never the point, it always just informs a conceptual category.

Kendrick Lamar Duckworth (born June 17th, 1987) is an African-American rapper, reputed for delivering politically charged, narrative-driven, self-reflective and poetic lyrics and music showcasing vivid imagery and resonant storytelling. He draws from his upbringing in a bad neighborhood in Compton, California, riddled with crime, gangsterism and racial oppression, as well as his current status as one of the modern day, if not of all time (even being the first rapper to ever win a Pulitzer prize), and his resulting sense of survivor's guilt, responsibility and an unfortunate Savior complex.
