Dominant Te: Mori is well known to be an organized and efficient leader who always searches for an optimal logical solution to his problems. He streamlined the Port Mafia and established structural hierarchy of groups(Boss, Executives, Guerrilla Attack Force, Black Lizard, Flags and Low Ranks) with each having it’s own function. He formed the tripartite framework to establish order and designate functions b/w the three organizations in order to maintain stability in Yokohama. He knows how to make profitable decisions, earn money and manage an organization with workaholic tendencies to achieve efficient resuls. He has awareness of external laws and transactions which is seen in his plan to obtain the business permit. He secretly allows Mimic enter Japan to warrant concern. Then tasks to Ango to infiltrate the group for information, Dazai to form a strategy and instigates a conflict b/w Mimic and Odasaku. Seeing this conflict, the SAOD asks Mori to wipe out Mimic in exchange for the business permit which allows the mafia to operate legally as a group of ability users. He also shows his knowledge of external systems and facts. He’s read various authors on strategy(Schelling, Nash, Kissinger, Sun Tzu etc) and influences aspects of Yokohama’s economy, trade and politics. He shows good awareness of architecture, the mafia’s structures contain an orderly framework of rooms, floors, channels and bunkers. Mori also uses knowledge in medicine to collect information and earn profits working as an underground clinic. Auxiliary Ni: Mori has linear foresight about long term predictions. To obtain the permit he foresees Mimic to creating havoc, Dazai and Ango collecting information and a conflict between Odasaku and Gide that would corner the government into giving him the permit, correctly foreseeing the events that would lead up to this situation. He predicts that running away from Lucy would only result in the Guild continuing to push their attacks seeing the patterns from Game Theory. In the decay of angels arc Mori surmises that Fitzgerald used eyes to god to track them and foresees a possible trap set up due to their strong character. In the Guild Arc Mori showcases his ability to foresee future events in a linear fashion. He locates the ADA’s base using a specific substance on Fukuzawa. He reveals the location of the ADA’s clerks to Guild members as bait and informs the ADA which causes them to fight. From there Mori releases Q to threaten the agency and defeat lovecraft(which fails). He also reasons an impossibility of a cease fire due to possible betrayals but sends his forces them to defeat the Guild. In S3 Mori manipulates Fukuzawa by predicting that his death would stop the war but Mori’s death would result in uncontrollable vengeance from the Port Mafia in order to launch a surprise attack on Fukuzawa. Tertiary Se: Mori does show flexibility when required but has occasional hedonistic and reckless tendencies. He sends the PM’s fanatic loyalists(Motojiro and Akutagawa) to recklessly attack the Guild’s shipment. Mori agrees to engage in a fight with Fukuzawa where he gets injured but is able to adapt to the circumstances and cuts Fukuzawa’s throat. In dead apple he reacts quick enough to takedown Fukuzawa’s ability. He does enjoy pleasure seeking activities with Elise as he takes her shopping, feeds her tons of food and constantly tries on different dresses. He also throws a toast by drinking high quality wine with the executives during their victory from Guild and Fyodor. He has awareness about external sensations and impacts they have on the human body as a doctor like we see in a flashback. Inferior Fi: Mori has no values of his own which was much of the conflict between him and Yosano, as he showed no mercy towards those who disobeyed orders even willing to kill a soldier to force Yosano to heal them. He does care about Elise showing mild regrets when she was “killed”. His philosophy revolves around a leader suppressing individual values in favour of functional goals but he does show to concerns for some subordinates and Yokohama's peace.
