Will lived a completely materialistic and superficial life before he met Louisa. He lived the classic life of an extroverted individual having fun with friends and doing business (this is very evident at dinner on Lou's birthday when her father talks about a greedy and selfish businessman and Will says that he was the one who trained the boy). The beginning of the film indicates Will's connection with the classic SO3 image triad, that was his past. A carefree, elegant man with his mind set on business and fun. But have you ever stopped to imagine what the experience would be like for a completely image-flattened subtype like SO3 to simply have a physical barrier? That's what happened to Will. He became a quadriplegic after he was run over and his life completely lost meaning after that. Now 100% dependent on others to perform their basic tasks, being embarrassed when being fed in front of people, not wanting to be seen in a wheelchair because you feel like a miserable doormat... Will is not only depressed about losing his ability to move but also about losing the only things that gave his life meaning before: be independent and invincible. I think Will is a great representation of what a SO3 would be like after experiencing a trauma that limits their physical capabilities. At least how I imagine an SO3 would look. Louisa even talks to him at his ex's wedding party "oh no, you wouldn't look at me, if I were here I would be one of the invisible ones, a waitress serving people. You would be looking at the tall blondes who smell money from afar" which highlights how he lived a superficial life before what happened happened. As for his MBTI typing, I believe the best combination for him is ENTJ because he shows a lot of demonstration of NI-SE, he gives Louise very good advice regarding the breadth of accepting new possibilities and asking questions of her, as well as being an excellent observer, notice how he said in the first moment in the horse race that the one she chose would be the one she would lose because he noticed the horse's physical condition quickly, for me they are good demonstrations of high intuition. About TE-FI I think it's quite obvious when it comes to his own decision to end his life because he no longer sees any sense in continuing to be dependent, this is something SOOO FI-TE, He had his values completely stabilized on this and from the moment he lost the ability to move he decided that there was no longer any reason to continue living. A person with FE-TI would have thought better and taken more into consideration how their family would react to this or even tried to "sacrifice" themselves a little for them, but that was not the case. Will was very determined about this and in a very logical way because living 100% dependent is not for everyone, and the film is precisely about Louise (an ESFJ, very clear FE dom) trying to convince Will (an ENTJ, very clear inferior FI) to change his mind but he had already had this value well established for a long time and no one would be able to change that, not even his parents, it was his choice. I think this movie reveals very well what an ENTJ SO3 would be like, frustrated and depressed for losing precisely his greatest source of power: image and strength.
